Boeing’s Virtual Verification application supports the airplane delivery process by allowing Boeing focal to connect electronically with Customers to review corrective actions completed for identified Customer Pick-ups. Using Virtual Verification the Boeing and Customer representatives can quickly complete the buy-back steps in the delivery process, reduce delays, and improve productivity. The mobile device can be used on- or off-line plane-side, to easily and immediately review Customer Pick-ups.


With Virtual Verification, you can:

• Add photos to document the latest status of the corrective action
• Disposition Customer Pick-ups while directly at the airplane
• Synchronize data gathered while off-line (disconnected)
